Make reports available in ARIS

ARIS comes with various standard reports. The reports are listed in categories on the Administration > Evaluations Evaluations > Create group Report tab

By default, some reports are available in ARIS. You can easily change the set of reports available in ARIS.

Prerequisite

You have Administrator privileges.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. In ARIS Advanced Architect, click ARIS > Show Administration Administration.

  2. Click Navigation Navigation in the bar panel if the Navigation bar is not activated yet.

  3. In the navigation tree, click the folder Evaluations Evaluations > Reports.

  4. Click the category (subfolder) where the script is saved.

  5. Select the report to be made available in ARIS.

  6. In the Start tab bar, click Properties Properties. The report script properties are displayed.

  7. Click General on the Selection tab.

  8. Activate the Available in ARIS check box. For some reports this is not possible. Some administrative reports cannot be used in ARIS, if administration is only possible in ARIS Advanced Architect.

  9. Click OK.

The report is available in ARIS.

You can restrict the usage of a report to specific user groups.
