You need the ARIS Enterprise Admin license privilege and specific privileges to consolidate model items.
Access privileges
You need the Delete access privilege for all groups containing objects that you want to consolidate.
You need the Delete access privilege for all groups containing objects that have relationships to the consolidation objects.
